Pickle Salad


Pickle Salad

1 Big Pickle
1 Handful of Baby Carrots
1/2 Zucchini (raw)
10 Baby Tomatoes
1/3 Cup Feta Cheese
Spinach
Romain Lettuce
Arugula Lettuce

Dressing:

1/2 Tablespoon Hummus
1/2 Tablespoon Whole Grain Mustard
2 Tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
2 Tablespoons Olive oil
Ground Pepper (to taste)

Salad tastes like a sandwich.  Love it.
