Since I've been trying to get back into shape lately, I'm starving. Go figure. I like the idea of having mini meals. Today I made a mini meal of
CURRY TUNA SALAD
1 can of tuna
1 table spoon mayo
2 teaspoons Cumin
1 teaspoon Curry Powder
1 pinch of Tarragon
Mix together.
1/2 of chopped apple
1 small handful of dried cranberries
2 handfuls of lettuce spring mix
I HEART CURRY TUNA.
had this for lunch today. yum!
